Healing with the Angels Oracle, and the Shadowscapes Tarot – Your Meanings:
Top Left: Island: Solitude
You have been drawn to this card today because the Universe and your guides are letting you know that you need to spend some time in Solitude, and pull back from the hectic schedule of life. In this modern day, there is always so much to do – creating a false sense of urgency. We tend to be on the go, our body and mind being pulled from one thing to the next. This takes us out of alignment, and we don’t fully live in the present.
The time has arrived for you to sit back, and be alone with yourself and your thoughts for a period of the day – be it morning, midday, evening – or perhaps an entire day. You are urged to seek some solitude – preferably in peace and silence, and reflect and observe upon your life in general. You may have some thoughts pass by that create a sense of unease – acknowledge and release these to the Universe, God, Spirit or your Guides, and breathe through it.
As the image in the card depicts, there is a beautiful, strong tree in the midst of the dark and barron landscape – yet even in such conditions, there is always Light – and where there is Light, the is always Life. Remember that You are a Light, and Life, and the possibilties of life are as numerous as there are leaves and branches upon a tree. So, take some time for yourself. Ground. Breathe. Come back to the Present, and to who you truly are.
Top Right: Summer Solstice: Radiance
This card has come to you as a reminder to let your inspiration and Light shine forth from within you. If you have any troubles or worries right now, you are being encouraged to release and let these go, back to Source, the Universe, God or your Guides for resolution. Remember to have gratitude for everything good in your life right now. Giving thanks and gratitude is a great way to bring you back into the Present Moment, and attract more goodness into your life. This is a great shift for you to focus upon. Take a moment, rest for a moment – breathe in all of the goodness and the abundance that you have in your life right now, give thanks and gratitude – and exhale any worries or cares, knowing that Spirit will provide a resolution for you.
In the image on the card, the radiant Sun is shining in all of its glory. It is at the peak of it’s time through the solar wheel. Since before ancient times, the Sun has had its predictable cycles, and was eventually measured by our ancestors throughout the ages. During the year – and this only happens twice per year – the Sun rises and sets in the same place upon the horizon for a few days in a row. It is like it is having a much needed rest, before continuing on with its next cycle. This is a sign for you to do the same. Keep shining, take some much needed rest and respite, and keep going. Taking a break allows us to re-charge, come back to the Present Moment, and continue forward. Breathe, and come back to the Present, and to who you truly are. Keep going.
Bottom Left – King of Wands
The King of Wands has come to you today as a reminder of strength, power, unity and One-ness. The gorgeous King in the Tarot card is surrounded by nature and its creatures, powerful totems of the animal kingdom which he lives with in harmony – protecting them, nurturing them, and honouring them. This King is very attached to the Earth, and its creatures – and very passionate about them. They are his Light, and his Life. He will continue to protect, and have the best interests of nature and its vast wildlife, in his mind and heart for the rest of his days.
It seems that you, or someone you know is just like this honourable King. You have the best interests and intentions in mind when it comes to nature and its bountiful wildlife. Do you champion a cause? Do you have a loved one in the animal kingdom who has recently passed over? They know you love them! Do you make extra efforts, or are you interested in making extra efforts to do with nature and wildlife? This card is a sign that you or someone you know has a “calling”. This person can be of great benefit to helping our world thrive, because by sharing their love and passion, goodness spreads. We are all so intricately connected, and we must do whatever we can to protect this Earth, and all inhabitants. When you work with love and passion, you gain a Midas Touch – everything you touch turns to Gold, and flourishes. A King’s duty.
Bottom Right – III The Empress – Third card of the Major Arcana
When the Empress comes to visit you in a reading, she carries with her a song of love, a song of fresh and full blooms, a song of transformation. She exists in the “Tween” Moments and Times where your heart exists – ever present, all knowing, in rythym with life. She is connected with the Earth, and with it’s blossoming and transformative nature. She doesn’t cling or hold on to anything, but shares and gives freely of her bounty. She shares freely, from her heart and without any bother of reward – for her ability to share and give of her love and gifts – IS her reward.
There is a lady or person in your life who is just like this. It could also be You. This person is a kind, loving and giving individual and is always there to help others and share with them. It could be that a new romance is on the cards, or that one is blooming to a new level, love transforming. If you or this person are single right now, they or you may like to remember that love comes from within and has a very transformative effect, not only with loving others, but Self-love as well.
Love has the power to heal, and bring us back to our true Nature. So Nurture yourself or a loved one, or let a special someone know just how much you love them – it could even be as simple as a loving gesture. Share your love and gifts today.
With much love and many blessings upon your journey,
Arohanui & Namaste ~ Carolyn x
